How much is shipping?

Just $6.00 flat rate — and orders of $100 or more ship free! You can read all the details on our Shipping Information page.

How much is the jewelry?

Most of our pieces are just $8.00! Our rhodium charms are $10, our Zi Collection signature pieces are $25 and $35, and Cachet by Paparazzi pieces start at $24.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

All jewelry sales are final, so we can't accept returns if you simply change your mind. But if your piece arrives with a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it and we'll make it right. (Please note shipping charges aren't refundable.) Cachet by Paparazzi pieces are covered by their own 30-day return and 6-month warranty policy — see the Cachet policy page for details.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Treat your jewelry gently and it will keep sparkling! Keep it dry, avoid spraying perfume or hairspray directly on it, wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing, and store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Can I shop with Erin live?

Yes — and we'd love to see you there! Erin goes live on her Facebook page, Jewelry and Accessories with Erin Binford, three times a week (Pacific time):
